Not a member yet? It’s totally worth it. We’ve made back our initial membership many times over! Join REI Co-op here!

Member Days Benefits

Here are the discounts and benefits REI Co-op members enjoy during the event:

  • Double rewards (10% versus 5%) on all REI purchases made with the REI Co-op Mastercard. (No annual fee, cardholders earn 5% every day on REI purchases and 1.5% on all other purchases.)
  • 5% in REI Co-op Mastercard Rewards for donations made to the 501(c)(3) REI Cooperative Action Fund at REIfund.org or in-store at check out. The REI Cooperative Fund supports nonprofits doing the essential work in making the outdoors more accessible and inclusive for everyone.
  • An additional 20% off bike tune packages in store. Year-round, REI members receive 20% off all shop services and free tubes with purchase of flat-tire repair. That’s 40% off!!!
  • 20% off one Re/Supply item in store. That’s REI’s used gear section and you can score some major deals with the extra discount.

Plus, there will be highlighted products for running, cycling, hiking, backpacking and camping that are “just for members” or sold exclusively at the co-op.

Yes, it’s a Co-op, but everyone is welcome to shop and tap into REI’s expertise. And we appreciate the brand and the retailer for their commitment to sustainability.

What are the Best Deals at REI Member Days?

While gear isn’t necessarily on sale (at least no more than usual), members can earn more on everything AND save tons on our two favorite categories: used gear and bike maintenance.

Yes, the Re/Supply discount is only available in-store, but if you live near one, it’s likely worth the drive, especially if you’ve been on the hunt for specific gear and good deals. Same goes for the bike shop, because while you will need to be near an REI, that extra member discount could save you tons on tune ups and maintenance, so now’s the time to schedule that end-of-season tune!

So get out there and enjoy your rewards, members! Wander on.
